Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society is amongst the oldest and most reputed society in this region. The GGSEd society was established in 1974 and it aims at promoting ideas of universal brotherhood, spirit of selfless service, respect for all religions, honesty and integrity.
The Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society has to its credit establishement of 08 English/Hindi Medium Schools, 4 Graduate and Post Graduate Colleges in the region. Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society is first to start Degree course in Pharmacy from 2002 Bachelor of Pharmacy.
BPharma a four year degree course and presently the GRKIST Pharmacy is a pioneer college in imparting pharmacy education in jabalpur and besides Degree course it offers Post Graduate courses like MPharma in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognsy and Pharma Chemistry.
Over a period of time, Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society has founded eight schools including English & Hindi medium Schools and today it has strength of around 8,500 students. It was amongst the aims of society to provide education to worthy, irrespective of their caste & creed. Because of this, the schools were established at remote corners of city also, with all amenities.
